After completing over 45 transactions, we have developed an outstanding reputation in the industry, as capable and qualified buyers that "do what they say". We have completed every transaction we have entered into and have purchased hotels and debt secured by hotels from institutions such as Equitable Real Estate, Prudential Real Estate, Bank of New York, US Bank, Radisson Hotels and Wyndham International among others.
